Little Qualicum River Rehabilitation

A complex river-corridor project combining access-sensitive construction, trail rehabilitation and irrigation work. Our involvement demonstrates how landscape construction, site logistics and water management can be coordinated within a single environmental project.
Irrigation and trail rehabilitation work has been completed; planting remained outstanding at the last project update.

Beban Park — Built for the Community

In collaboration with 180 Contracting, Silverback Ventures delivered civil and landscape construction at Beban Park in Nanaimo. Our work combined site infrastructure with purpose-built community amenities: CAD drawings for decks, benches, storage benches and pergolas; concrete forming and reinforcement; pavers and trench drains; custom decks, chain-link and wood fencing; gabion bench seating; custom benches and storage; and soil preparation, mulch and softscape planting.

FEATURED PROJECT / NANAIMO
Nanaimo RCMP Building — Construction with Purpose

Silverback Ventures worked alongside 180 Contracting and Precision Earthworks on coordinated civil and landscape improvements at the Nanaimo RCMP building. Our scope included civil construction, irrigation installation, concrete forming, placing and finishing, retaining walls, fabricated steel planters incorporated into security measures, and softscape installation.
Following construction, Silverback also provided one year of landscape maintenance, helping establish and care for the completed grounds.

Reliable irrigation starts with thoughtful zone planning, trenching, pipe placement and practical access for future maintenance. We coordinate irrigation with grading, planting and the broader construction schedule.

Commercial Grounds & Strata Maintenance

Commercial landscapes need more than occasional attention. We provide scheduled grounds servicing, weeding, pruning, debris removal and seasonal cleanup, with clear communication for property managers and strata councils.
